Fees may include one-time setup fees and ongoing monthly subscription fees. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed upon by the parties.

Termination: Clients may terminate their subscription at any time. ATL Design may terminate a subscription or access to the Services at any time for any reason, including for a violation of these Terms.

Account Deletion: Upon account deletion, ATL Design will securely delete or anonymize all associated data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property: All intellectual property related to the Services, including but not limited to design, content, and code, are the property of ATL Design or its licensors.

Confidentiality: ATL Design agrees to keep confidential all confidential information that it receives from clients. Clients agree to keep confidential all confidential information related to ATL Design.

Limitation of Liability: ATL Design is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or Services.

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of New Brunswick, Canada.

Modifications: ATL Design may modify these Terms at any time by posting the modified Terms on our website. Your continued use of our website or Services after the posting of the modified Terms constitutes your agreement to the modified Terms.
