Do I need to sign a website maintenance contract?
No, we will never ask you to sign a contract for monthly website maintenance. You can end your service agreement at any time – however, ATL Design is not responsible for any vulnerabilities or security breaches that occur after you terminate your maintenance plan.
Will I pay a different website maintenance price if ATL Design did not design my website?
Absolutely not! We have a few different website maintenance plans on offer, and everyone can expect to pay the same monthly costs – whether or not their website was created by our web design agency.
Can I use ATL Design web maintenance services if I do not have a WordPress website?
No, our WordPress maintenance services are only compatible with WordPress sites. If your site was built on another platform, it will unfortunately not be eligible for this program.
Do you charge the same price for every type of website?
Yes: even if you have a customized theme or heavier site, our WordPress maintenance rates are the same for everyone.
Does your website maintenance price include changes to my site?
Yes: our PREMIUM & ENTERPRISE maintenance plan include changes you want to make to your website, whether they’re content modifications or more in-depth changes to the site’s CSS. Each Website Edits is calculated by changing a module on your website and not a full page. If you do need to modify your site, we always provide our clients with full CMS access so they can remain as independent as possible. However, if you would like one of our website designers to help you implement more complex changes, our team is at your service. Our hourly rate is $80 CAD.
Whats happens if my website goes down, break or gets hacked?
Our maintenance plan was created to proactively prevent any such things to happen. However, due to external updates, changes or other unforeseen situation something can always happen. At that point, we are here to help you solve the problem right away and make sure your site is back to normal in no time.
About pricing and payments
Once a client of ATL Design, you authorize ATL Design to charge the payment method you submitted for all the invoices generated for the services rendered under this ongoing WordPress maintenance plan.
Can i cancel anytime?
Our WordPress maintenance plans are here to help you, not to lock you in. You can cancel your plan at any time after your first month (30 days) of service. In order to cancel your recurring payment or change payment method, simply contact ATL Design customers services prior to your payment’s due date.
What is Included in my website edits?
We can basically do any WordPress-related task that fits within your edits amount. This may vary from content edits/updates to (small) design improvements.
This is what we usually get as requests from our clients:

It is important to know that content (re)writing, full page (re)designing services are not included in our maintenance plans.
